MAKING THE KEYING-OFF HOLE IN RAILWAY WHEELS

When  inserted  into  a  complete cycle processing chain, this machine makes the keying-off hole in railway wheels of different diameters.

It is equipped with a SIEMENS 840 D CNC that controls the X,Y,  Z  axes  of  a  revolving head  permitting  it  to execute  all  the operations inherent to making the hole (Centring, Boring, Spot-facing, Tapping, etc.).
